    “May all the beings in all the worlds become happy; Peace, peace and peace.”

    The Shanti Mantra is an invocation for harmony and blessings upon all of creation. I often end my practice with this sacred chant. This sweet melody came to me as a heartfelt wish for all beings to be happy. After practicing mantra, I feel deeply nourished, and from that place of love and devotion, I offer this as a prayer for the well-being of all.

    The Guru Stotram is a 14-verse excerpt from a sacred text known as the Guru Gita (which comes from a larger scripture called the Skanda Purana). It is attributed to the great Indian Philosopher and saint, Adi Shankaracharya.
